NJS handles salary, job offer and personal decision information, so you should be able to understand what happens to it.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR OFFER
Uploading is optional. You can use NJS without sending us an offer letter.
The document is processed server-side for extraction.

WHAT WE SAVE
What stays depends on how you use NJS and what you choose to save.
Your email address and authentication identifiers.
Details you enter or confirm, with short supporting evidence where relevant.
Questionnaire answers, working preferences and household context you choose to provide.
Your saved review, scores where enough evidence exists and negotiation context.
Limited purchase, entitlement, consent, refund and transaction records.
NJS does not permanently store the raw file. A temporary OpenAI file receives a deletion attempt and has a one-hour expiry fallback.
Stripe-hosted Checkout handles your card number and CVC. NJS does not receive or store them.
Generated negotiation emails and Call Prep stay session-only unless you copy, download or print them.
ACCESS & PAYMENTS
NJS does not provide employers or recruiters with access to your Decision Review. Trusted service providers process information where necessary to operate NJS.
Providers may process the information needed for authentication, hosting, optional extraction, email and payments. International processing and formal provider details are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Read the Privacy PolicyNJS uses Stripe-hosted Checkout. Your full card number and CVC are not received or stored by NJS. Limited purchase and payment records are kept to provide access and meet operational or legal obligations.
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
You can delete a saved Decision Review, or delete your NJS account and associated customer data from Privacy & Data.
Deletion removes related customer content from the active service. Limited payment, accounting, legal, fraud, security or dispute records may remain where required or justified. Provider logs and backups complete deletion on their own cycles.
CLEAR BOUNDARIES
We don't share your Decision Review with your employer or recruiter.
We don't require you to upload an offer letter.
We don't sell your personal information to advertisers.
We don't use AI to decide whether you should take the job.
